The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. 

Citizens Advice St Helens can give advice on a wide range of subjects. You can find out more on our services page. 

We can help you with advice and volunteering opportunities as well as providing information about our campaigns for change, ways to support us and how to contact us. 

An additional source of help the online Citizens Advice information service that gives you information on your rights and helps you take the first steps in sorting out problems. 

Miss the face-to-face element of our debt advice service? In our continued efforts to reach more people, we are pleased to announce we can now offer advice via video conferencing. If you would like to use this service feel free to discuss it with your adviser.
