Job Title: Personal Assistant/Admin. Supervisor

Hours: 25 per week

Location: Citizens Advice St Helens

Salary: £12,041per annum + up to 5% pension

Contract: Permanent

Role purpose: To provide a highly efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Chief Executive and Trustee Board.  To optimise the working potential of the Chief Executive through the effective organisation of time, information and resources.  To plan and manage the delivery of office administration staff, systems and arrangements.  To provide support for the effective functioning of the Trustee Board by way of correspondence, reports and other documents.
