Job Title: BGET Money Advice Worker
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Citizens Advice St Helens
Salary: £19,571 – £22,500 * per annum + up to 5% pension (* pro-rata for part time/ starting salary dependent on experience)
Contract: up to 1 year
This post will provide an effective and comprehensive casework service to people living in St Helens, to access grants from the British Gas Energy Trust. In addition, the successful applicant will need to be able to advice on the full range of enquiry areas including fuel debt and energy efficiency. Advice sessions will take place by way of appointments at the main Office, outreach venues, as well as staffing a ‘late night’ session.
