The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

We can help you with advice and volunteering opportunities as well as providing information about our campaigns for change, ways to support us and how to contact us.

For an additional source of help the online Citizens Advice information service gives you information on your rights and helps you take the first steps in sorting out problems.
